Fiberglass unidirectional fabric is the product combining the fiberglass roving in certain angles of 0° and 90° with polyester yarn. We can also add a layer of polyester mat, fiber mat or chopped fibers according to the customers needs.
It has the following properties. 1) Fiber straight arranged 2) fiber strength maximization 3) no binder 4) quickly sunk 5) good operation 6) easy to design 7) high strength in certain direction
It is applied to various areas, such as construction/ pultrusion,windmill blade, yacht boat, sports/leisure, defend, aircraft etc.
We have some normal specifications. The width of stitch mat is between 100mm and 1500 mm.
